Possibly the best FREE DES-Cracker for Cuda!

First of all, this tool is NOT a "Hacking Tool". But this has been designed to study scientifically encryption&password weaknesses. For instance, do you need "special characters" to get a strong password, how dangerous is it to use a weak encryption and so on.

The first Cracker I released, was my SchwarzwaldMYSQL. Apparently the fastest available MYSQL Cracker, right now. But already then I had the ambition to write a DES-Cracker.

Unfortunately, I failed. Because I was not able to implement "Bitslicing". Because I didn't understand it! Therefore if you can help me with this, PLEASE contact me as soon as you can ("Time is running out". Solar Designer from the great "John The Ripper" has already expressed his intention to write OpenCL stuff. Therefore, there shouldn't be much time left, to write "the fastest DES-Cracker" ;-) ).

However it still THE FASTEST for Medium Lists of up to 1024 passwords. And always faster than John the Ripper(On a GTX+ 9800). Even though it is slower for single-passwords and small lists, than Xserg's DES-Cracker.

And, good news! Xserg developped an excellent algorithm! Yes, he not just put somebody else's math into Cuda, but rewrote a lot of stuff himself. Which is really impressive! So I took over his algorithm and things now are even much faster than they were before(Like more than 50%). However, I doubt that "Breaker" status has been reached, even though I guess that 2001 Hashes loweralpha-numeric 1-4 in 8:06 minutes on a GTX+9800, is quite OK? ;-)

Please read the "readme.txt". And then, please read the "licence.txt". Because unless you read it, you won't be able to start the tool! Anyway, support (including detailed DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS in case you have problems) is available in this forum.
